Dr. Blechner is a Fellowship Trained and Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of all conditions of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine including problems related to bone, joint, disc, muscle, tendon or nerve involvement. In addition to his specialized care of the spine, Dr. Blechner also provides general orthopaedic care for all orthopaedic conditions.
Dr. Blechner’s family is originally from West Hartford, CT. He is a graduate of Yale University followed by medical training at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed his orthopaedic residency at Emory University with an additional year of intensive Spine Fellowship training at UCLA. His current professional interests include conservative and operative spinal care including minimally invasive surgical techniques
