Office Closure for the Holidays

All Valley Orthopedic Specialists Offices will have shortened hours on 12/22 from 8 am – 12 pm, and on 12/29 8 am-12 pm

Our offices will also be closed full on 12/23, 12/25, 12/30, and 1/1.

At Valley Orthopaedic Specialists, we remain committed to the well-being of our patients and staff. Based on the latest CDC guidelines, we have implemented the following protocols to limit exposure without effecting the patient experience:
Patients, staff, and visitors must wear a face mask upon entering any of our office locations.
Patients are asked screening questions upon scheduling.
Contactless mobile intake process for patients.
Patients and visitors are asked to call or text upon arrival to the office in order to limit traffic in waiting areas.
Increased cleaning takes place in our offices, waiting rooms, exam rooms, and throughout our physical therapy gyms.

Due to the inclement weather and in order to maintain the safety of our patients & staff, our offices are closed for today 12/17/2020.

To our patients who were scheduled for an in-office appointment today, you will receive a text message with the option to either convert your appointment

to a Telehealth (video chat with your physician) or reschedule your appointment to another day.

We will resume normal business hours on Friday 12/18/2020.

Our locations remain open for care with added sanitization and safety protocols.Patients will be routinely screened for COVID-19 when making appointments and upon arrival to our offices.In accordance with the latest CDC guidelines, it is required that all patients, staff, and providers wear protective face coverings in office.We are also conducting daily health checks for all staff and providers. Patients arriving in Connecticut after recently visiting a state on the current travel restriction list must self quarantine for 2 weeks prior to their appointment.In addition to our normally scheduled and urgent care appointments, we are now offering Telemedicine Visits to all new and established patients.To book a virtual appointment, please call our office at 203-734-7900.
