We are so excited that so many of our patients have signed up to use our practice portal. There are many convenient features available such as prescription refills, downloadable patient forms, electronic communication with your providers and staff, access to patient records, etc. To sign up for our portal, visit https://www.vosct.com and click on the “Patient Login” button on the right-hand side. To register for an account you will need a valid email address as well as a pin number that is issued by the practice. If you are unable to find your pin number that was issued at your visit please call the office at 203-734-7900. New patients will be issued a patient portal letter and pin upon their initial visit to the practice.
